Ukraine’s Deposit Guarantee Fund drops by UAH 10 billion in January

The amount of deposits of individuals (including individual business) in banks participating in Ukraine’s Deposit Guarantee Fund totaled UAH 1.041 trillion ($28.3 billion) as of Feb. 1 — about UAH 10 billion ($272 million) less than a month before, according to a statement by the Fund on Feb. 27.
These individual deposits consist of:
· deposits in national currency — UAH 634.7 billion ($17.3 billion);
· deposits in foreign currency — UAH 406.5 billion ($11.1 biilion);
