EU to allocate EUR 9 billion to Ukraine, head of the European Council says

The European Union will provide EUR 9 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine, President of the European Council Charles Michel has said.
“The European Union will continue to support Ukraine with its urgent liquidity needs together with the G7 partners,” he said.
“The European Union is ready to grant Ukraine EUR 9 billion. (This is) strong and concrete support to rebuild Ukraine.”
