Russian invasion forces destroyed and stole most of the equipment of Ukraine's lifecell mobile operator in the city of Kherson, the company's representative told tech media dev.ua on Nov. 14.

"Our experts conducted a study of the state of equipment in Kherson,” said lifecell.

“Unfortunately, the invaders destroyed and stole most of it. We’re doing everything possible to launch service for Kherson residents as soon as possible. We hope it will happen in the coming days.”

As of Nov. 14, 23 base stations were working in Kherson, said Volodymyr Kondrashov, spokesman for the State Special Communications Service.
