U.S. fast food giant McDonald’s opened a new restaurant in the city of Lviv and reopened another two in the city of Vinnytsia, the company’s press service has reported on Nov. 3.
The new restaurant in Lviv is located in the city’s largest residential district, Sykhove. It was planned to open in March of this year, and was almost completely ready by February 2022.
The two-story restaurant can accommodate 235 people and has 155 seats in the hall and 80 more on the terrace. There are seven self-service terminals in the hall, as well as McDrive with two entry lines, and a separate room for McDelivery couriers.
The company says all restaurants will operate under updated safety protocols. The facility will be closed during an air raid alert and will resume operations one hour after the air raid alert has been cancelled. In addition, the restaurants will be shut down during blackouts.
