Ukraine's major express delivery operator Nova Poshta resumed delivery service and reopened two of its offices in recently liberated Kherson, the company said in a message on its website on Nov. 16.
Nova Poshta’s couriers began delivering parcels up to 30 kg to residents of Kherson.
After eight months of occupation, Kherson residents can once again send and receive parcels in two branches of Nova Poshta in the city.
"Each branch is equipped with a generator and a Starlink terminal so that people can charge their devices and get in touch with their relatives," the message said.
On Nov. 12, Nova Poshta began delivering humanitarian aid to Kherson.
