The star of the Russian women’s national football team, Nadezhda Karpova, has sharply criticised the Russian and Belarusian dictators, Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko.

In an Instagram story on Dec. 19, the 27-year-old football player posted Lukashenko’s recent quote, in which he describes himself and Putin co-aggressors, the most harmful and toxic people on the planet.

“You’re bastards, you’re scoundrels, you’re the ones who committed the genocide, you’re the ones who must be tried,” Karpova wrote.

“You’re not just ‘toxic,’ you are f***ing fascists who have long had no place in today’s world, and I hope you’ll get what you deserve, because good always triumphs over evil.”

Karpova plays as a forward for the club RCD Espanyol in the Spanish first division.
