Donetsk Shakhtar beat Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas 1-0 in the second round of the Ukrainian Premier League at the Olympiskiy Stadium in the capital Kyiv on Aug. 28.
Shakhtar took the three points with the help of a player on the other side – Mykyta Tatarkov – who was benched after receiving two yellow cards.
Three minutes later Artem Bondarenko scored the sole and winning goal of the game against the Kryvyi Rih team.

For Shakhtar, this is the first victory in the championship, they scored four points after two rounds. Kryvbas is yet to score any points.
In their first round game in the championship, Shakhtar shared the points in a 0-0 tie with Kharkiv’s Metalist 1925.
