Spotify presents playlist in support of Ukraine ahead of Independence Day

Music streaming app Spotify has released the official Ukrainian playlist “UNI-TED24: Music for Ukraine” on Aug. 19, which contains both Ukrainian mu-sic and works by foreign artists who support Ukraine.

The playlist songs from artists including Tom Odell, Imagine Dragons, Ed Sheeran, Madonna, and Pink Floyd.

There are also songs by Ukrainian musicians who have become popular across the world thanks to their participation in the Eurovision Song Con-test — GO_A, Kalush Orchestra, and Verka Serduchka. Other popular Ukrainian artists like Monatik, Okean Elzy, KAZKA, Khrystyna Soloviy, and Wellboy are also featured.

This playlist is dedicated to Ukraine’s Independence Day and costs $24. All proceeds will go to medical aid for Ukraine. Spotify users will also be able to donate to medical care through the UNITED24 platform. The playlist will be updated weekly.
