WBA Super, IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring world heavyweight champion Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk said he could take on Russian boxer Alexander Povetkin, Poland site Interia reported on Nov. 7, citing Usyk’s own words.

"I have defeated the Russians so many times,” Usyk reportedly said.

“Why would I need one more fight against them? As for Povetkin, who has announced his possible return to the ring, I can take him on. I would have no other options other than just battering him.

The 35-year-old Usyk has an undefeated record of 20 wins and 0 losses and draws.
