The 20th round of the Ukrainian Premier League took place on April 7-9.
In the last round, Shakhtar Donetsk dropped points against middle-of-the-table Chornomorets Odesa to add intrigue at the top.
Of the four teams at the top of the table – Shakhtar, Dnipro-1, Zorya Luhansk, and Dynamo Kyiv – this time it was Zorya who faltered, dropping a 1:0 decision to No. 6-ranked Kryvbas KR.
