Fourteen houses have been damaged by a Russian attack in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko reported on Telegram on Nov. 19.
According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties from the attack, but extensive damage to residential buildings.
"The Russian fascists once again attacked civilian houses, they were damaged to varying degrees: roofs, walls, windows, doors and fences were affected," Kyrylenko said. He again urged the public to evacuate from Donetsk Oblast.
On Nov. 17, the governor announced 17 settlements along the frontline had been left without heating this winter due to the ongoing hostilities.
On Nov. 6, a child was reportedly injured in Kramatorsk due to a Russian rocket strike.
