Ukrainian aviation conducts dozens of strikes on Russian positions

Ukrainian air and artillery forces carried out a series of attacks on important structures and positions belonging the Russian invasion forces, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on Facebook on Feb. 20.
According to the military, 20 strikes were carried out on Russian personnel and materiel groupings, 7 strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems, and 2 strikes on other important Russian structures.
Ukrainian defenders additionally downed a Russian Su-25 jet fighter, two Orlan-10 UAVs, and two Lantset-3 suicide drones.
Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit a battery of Russian multiple launch rocket systems, the army added.
The day before, Ukrainian intelligence reported that Russia had deployed its aircraft 200 kilometers away from the border with Ukraine.
