Russian men and materiel destroyed on Kherson front

Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized 34 enemy troops and their equipment in the southern sector of the frontline, the Ukrainian military’s Operational Command South reported on Facebook on Oct. 29.
Additionally, three Russian ammunition depots were destroyed in the Beryslav and Mykolaiv districts in southern Ukraine.
In total, over the day the Ukrainian army destroyed:
- 34 Russian soldiers;
- two Grad multiple rocket launchers;
- four tanks;
- three 120 mm mortars;
- a Giatsint self-propelled gun;
- a towed howitzer.
"During the day, our missile and artillery units performed 160 fire missions,” the command said.
“Our aviation conducted eight strikes on the clusters of enemy forces and weapons, deployment of air defense systems, and a stronghold in the Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, and Beryslav districts.”
