53 Russian rockets strike Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russian forces attacked Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with Grad rocket artillery, damaging 12 residential buildings, head of regional administration Valentyn Reznichenko said in a Telegram post on July 16.

“A school, 12 residential buildings, and a vocational college were damaged; an injured woman was hospitalized,” said Reznichenko.

At least two people were found dead under the rubble of a destroyed residential building, according to Reznichenko. Emergency workers are on site, clearing debris.

Overall Russia launched 53 rockets at the city overnight.
