60,000 citizens in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast without water due to Russian shelling

Russian invading forces shelled Nikopol District in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with heavy artillery and multiple rocket launch systems, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, Mykola Lukashuk, wrote on his Telegram channel on Feb. 7

Russian invasion forces attacked the area in and around the town on Marhanets twice with a total of about 40 shells.

Power lines were hit, cutting electricity to a water pumping station that serves several settlements. As a result, about 60,000 people were left without water.

Russian forces also hit four residential houses, a utility building, power and gas lines.

There were no deaths or injuries as a result of the Russian shelling.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russian forces have shelled the settlements of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast almost daily.
