Almost 3 million Ukrainians were abducted or forced to go to Russia since February, says Ombudsman

Since Feb. 24, more than 2.8 million Ukrainians have been abducted or forced to leave for the Russian Federation, Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported on Telegram on Dec. 4.
Lubinets called on Ukrainians who are currently in the territory of the Russian Federation to contact a hotline the Ukrainian government created to repatriate Ukrainian citizens.
