Army repels enemy attacks near 11 settlements, General Staff names most dangerous areas

Ukrainian troops have repelled attacks by Russian invasion forces near 11 settlements in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, the Ukrainian military’s General Staff said in its morning report on Facebook on Nov. 25.
The Ukrainian army halted the offensive of the invaders near the settlements of Stelmakhivka and Dibrova in Luhansk Oblast, and at Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Mariyinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast.
During the day, the Russians carried out six missile and 14 air strikes, and fired 59 salvos of rockets at Ukrainian-held settlements and the positions of Ukrainian troops.
- In the Volyn and Polissia areas of the front in the west and central border areas, the situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected;
- In the Siversky area of the front, in the north-central border area, the invaders carried out an artillery strike on the settlement Volkivka in Sumy Oblast;
- In the Sloboda area of the front in the north-east, the Russian army fired artillery of various types at the settlements of Strilecha, Chervone, Zelene, Starytsia, Ohirtsove, Vovchansk and Dvurichna in Kharkiv Oblast. An attack UAV was also deployed near Zelene;
- In the Kupyansk and Lyman areas of the front in the east, the invaders are maintaining their defenses. The settlements of Berestove in Kharkiv Oblast, Makiyivka, Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka and Ploshchanka in Luhansk Oblast, and Torske in Donetsk Oblast came under enemy fire. The occupiers also used an attack UAV near Novoselivske;
- In the Bakhmut and Avdiyivka sections of the front in Donetsk Oblast, the Russian army is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive actions. Parts of the settlements of Andriyivka, Verkhnyokamianske, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Avdiyivka, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Nevelske and Pervomaiske in Donetsk Oblast came under fire from enemy tanks and artillery of various calibers;
- Russian troops continue to defend themselves in the Novopavlivsk and Zaporizhzhya areas of the front, in the southeast. Enemy tanks, mortars, rockets and artillery fired at Ukrainian positions and in the vicinity of the settlements of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Neskuchne, Vremivka, Zelene Pole, as well as Olhivske, Gulyaipilske and Charivne in Zaporizhzhya Oblast. The invaders also launched an airstrike near Vuhledar;
- In the Kryvyi Rih and Kherson sections of the front, the Russian is continuing to shell the positions of the Ukrainian troops and settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River. Enemy tanks, mortars, rockets and artillery shelled the settlements of Antonivka, Zmiivka, Beryslav, Tokarivka, Mykilske, Chornobayivka, Bilozerka and Veletenske in Kherson Oblast, as well as the city of Kherson.
