New missile attack kills at least three, injures nine

At least three people were killed in a new Russian missile strike at the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv on Nov. 23, the Kyiv City Military Administration said on Telegram.
At the same time, the department did not disclose any other details.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko, in turn, posted an update on casualties on Telegram, saying that the number of the injured grew from six to nine. Eight of them were rushed to the hospital, he added. One person was given first aid treatment on the site.
Russia struck a Kyiv-based infrastructure facility on the afternoon of Nov. 23. As a result, some municipal districts were cut off power and emergency blackouts were introduced throughout the city.
