Russia campaigning to mobilize leading scientists in Moscow, says General Staff

A campaign to mobilize leading scientists has kicked off in the Russian capital of Moscow, Ukraine’s General Staff said in a Facebook update on Feb. 13.
“In particular, explanatory work has been carried out with the staff of the Polyus Scientific Research Institute, which is Russia’s leading scientific center in the field of laser technologies, about the social guarantees and benefits of mobilized persons,” the report says.
Earlier the General Staff reported that the Russian conscripts are increasingly refusing to go on the attack, so the residents of occupied Donetsk Oblast are being forced to fight.
