Authorities MIA after explosions rock Russia’s St. Petersburg

Several explosions were heard across the Russian city of St. Petersburg on the evening of April 26, local Telegram news channel Mash reported.
Reports that explosions were heard in several areas of the city, including the Pavlovsky, Pushkinsky, and Kolpinsky districts.
City authorities have yet to comment on the situation, but social media reports indicated that explosions occurred near the 20th Aviation Repair Plant, which now houses military aircraft.
