At least one person was killed and more than 20 were injured after Russian missile strikes hit a residential building in Vyshhorod and a residence in Chabany, Kyiv Oblast, regional governor Oleksiy Kuleba reported in a Telegram post on Nov. 23.
“More than 20 injured who are already being provided with all the necessary assistance,” Kuleba said.
“Tragically, one person was killed.”
Kuleba added that Kyiv Oblast was left completely without power, which also affects central heating and water supply.
Russia launched another massive missile attack on Ukrainian cities on Nov. 23. The Ukrainian Air Force said the barrage consisted of 70 cruise missiles, of which 51 were intercepted by air defenses. Officials say around 10 million Ukrainians are left without power and water supply.
