City of Lutsk hit by cruise missile fired from Belarus, says regional governor

The city of Lutsk in western Ukraine has been attacked by a cruise missile fired from the territory of Belarus, Volyn Governor Yuriy Pohuliaiko reported via the Telegram messenger on March 28.

Lutsk Mayor Ihor Polishchuk reported blasts in the city on March 27.

Pohuliaiko said that the Russian military had attacked the local oil depot.

He added that the rescuers were working on the scene.

No casualties due to the attack have been reported yet.
