Invading Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure facilities in the city of Kryvyi Rih and residential buildings in the town of Nikopol of DnipropetrovskOblast overnight on Nov. 3, the governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Valentyn Reznichenko, has reported on the Telegram messenger.

He said four suicide drones had been shot down in the Nikopol district of the oblast.

The governor added the Russians, however, hit the energy and water infrastructure facilities in Kryvyi Rih, resulting in serious destruction. Repair crews are working at the scene, he said.

According to Reznichenko, the Russian military also hit an industrial enterprise in the town of Pavlohrad. Repair work is underway there.

In addition, the enemy used Grad multiple launch rocket systems and heavy artillery to shell the Nikopol and Marhanets territorial communities.

The governor noted a gas station had caught fire in Nikopol as a result of the attacks. Russian shells also damaged multi-story buildings, a college, a furniture factory, and an industrial enterprise.

Over 1,000 families have been left without electricity in the Marhanets territorial community, Reznichenko added.

Meanwhile, Kryvyi Rih Mayor Oleksandr Vilkul reported on the Telegram messenger that enemy suicide drone had struck a local energy infrastructure object, while a water infrastructure facility was hit by enemy missile. Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the attack.

“Repair crews worked throughout the night,” the mayor said.

“The water supply has been restored everywhere on generators. Repair work on the electricity supply is underway. Several neighborhoods have been left without power, and are being reconnected to alternative lines.”
