Current daily rate of COVID-19 infections in Ukraine remains close to record levels
Over the past day, 41,694 Ukrainians have been diagnosed with COVID-19, a total of 280 deaths were recorded, and 16,628 patients recovered from the disease, according to official data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Health as of the morning of Feb. 10.
The current daily rate of COVID-19 infections in Ukraine remains high, and today rates as the second highest over the entire course of the pandemic. The record for new cases was set on Feb. 4, when 43,778 Ukrainians were reported to have contracted the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
Over the entire duration of the pandemic, a total of 4,421,741 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in Ukraine, of whom 3,729,976 have recovered, and 102,167 have died.

- Chernihiv Oblast – 1,476;
- Sumy Oblast – 1,471;

- Ternopil Oblast – 1,379;

No data is available for the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the non-government-controlled parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and Sevastopol.
An adaptive quarantine is in effect in the country until the end of March 2022, dividing Ukraine into colored zones that represent the impact of the coronavirus on the region.
Ivano-Frankivsk and Rivne Oblasts are in the red zone, while all other regions are currently in the yellow or orange zones.
Over 30 million coronavirus vaccination doses have been administered, and nearly 14 million people have received two doses, with more than 500,000 people having had a booster dose.
