Minor earthquake recorded near Lviv

A minor earthquake was recorded near Lviv on the morning of July 26, at a depth of 4 kilometers, the press service of Ukraine's Main Center for Special Monitoring reported.
The earthquake was recorded in the territory of the Pustomyty municipality in the Lviv district of Lviv Oblast. The tremor had a magnitude of 2.8, according to the agency.
Preliminary data indicate the earthquake occurred at approximately 5:24 a.m. at a depth of 4 kilometers. Based on standard classification, the tremor is categorized as barely perceptible.
An earthquake was also recorded July 7 in central Ukraine's Poltava Oblast. A series of earthquakes centered in the Black Sea occurred near occupied Crimea on June 22.
