An explosion rang out in the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol on the evening of July 28, and out of fear Russian invasion troops opened fire with machine guns, mayor's advisor Petro Andryushchenko has written on Telegram.
He said that a Ukrainian resistance group called Nemesis had been responsible for the blast.
"Mariupol. 9:56 p.m. A whistle and an explosion," the message reads.
“Machine guns are shot in the 23rd micro-district – out of fear. What's up, (Zcum). Do you still think you're in the deep rear? Greetings from Nemesis.”
Andryushchenko also said that the local hospital has run out of blood for transfusions.
“Retribution is not just around the corner. Retribution is marching on," Andryushchenko wrote.
