Three members of Russia’s National Guard were killed and more than 10 were injured as a result of explosions in the village of Oktyabrsky near the city of Belgorod, Russia, the ASTRA Telegram messenger reported on Oct. 14.

The governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, earlier reported an ammunition depot had caught fire in a village of Belgorod Oblast.

Prior to that, he repeatedly accused Ukraine of “shelling” the Russian territory.

At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said Ukraine is not going to strike at Russian territory and uses weapons only to liberate its land.
