Powerful explosions were heard in the occupied city of Kherson in southern Ukraine on the night of Oct. 5, local publication Most reported.
The strike also damaged a building located near the hotel.
Allegedly, the explosion’s source was the Ninel hotel in the central part of the city, which is rumored to quarter Russian FSB security service agents, as well as pro-Russian collaborators.
The blast is said to have resulted in casualties, though no official confirmation has been issued by any group.
