For the second day in a row, more than 41,000 Ukrainians diagnosed with COVID-19

Over the past day, 41,229 Ukrainians have been diagnosed with COVID-19, a total of 236 deaths were recorded, and 20,850 patients recovered from the disease, according to official data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Health as of the morning of Feb. 11.

The current daily rate of COVID-19 infections in Ukraine remains high and ranks among the top five days of recorded infections over the entire course of the pandemic. A day earlier, 41,694 Ukrainians were reported to have contracted the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

Over the entire duration of the pandemic, a total of 4,462,970 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in Ukraine, of whom 3,750,836 have recovered, and 102,403 have died.

No data is available for the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the non-government-controlled parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and Sevastopol.

An adaptive quarantine is in effect in the country until the end of March 2022, dividing Ukraine into colored zones that represent the impact of the coronavirus on the region.

Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Zakarpattia, Khmelnytskyi, and Luhansk Oblasts are in the red zone, while all other regions are currently in the yellow or orange zones.

Over 30 million coronavirus vaccination doses have been administered, and nearly 14 million people have received two doses, with more than 500,000 people having had a booster dose.
