Front line now in Kherson Oblast, no invaders in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Vilkul says

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have pushed invading Russian forces out of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the Head of Kryvyi Rih Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Vilkul said on April 2.

 “The situation in Kryvyi Rih and the region is completely under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, everything is fine with us,” Vilkul said.

“There is are no enemy foces in Kryvyi Rih region and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: they have been pushed towards Kherson Oblast and the front line is already there.”

On March 31, 2022, the Russian armed forces carried out rocket artillery shelling using the Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher of two settlements at Kryvyi Rih district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Three of the missiles were equipped with cluster munitions.
