The partisan movement continues to operate effectively in Luhansk Oblast, as demonstrated by the destruction of a railway junction signal box a few ago, the head of Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Hayday, said on Ukrainian national television on Aug. 5.
"It was burned down,” said Hayday.
“So the railway logistics networks were stopped for a while.”
According to him, collaborators in Luhansk Oblast "will be under a lot of stress and with a lot of hard work."
Earlier this week Hayday said that partisans opened fire in the occupied Bilovodsk at a car in which the so-called "mayor" and his "assistant" were traveling.
