Honored boxing coach killed in Russian strike on Dnipro

Ukrainian boxing coach Mykhailo Korenovskyi was killed in a Russian missile strike on Dnipro on Jan. 14, the Boxing Federation of Ukraine said on Facebook.

"We express our sincere condolences to Mykhailo's family. Cherishing the memory of all the victims of Russian aggression," the statement reads.

Mykhailo Korenovskyi was an honored boxing coach of Ukraine and senior coach of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast's team.

On the afternoon of Jan. 14, Russian troops hit a nine-story residential building in Dnipro with a Kh-22 missile. According to the latest data, 29 people were killed and more than 70 were injured.
