Kharkiv industrial sector targeted during mass missile attack, says mayor

Russian missiles struck an industrial district in the city of Kharkiv during a Russian mass missile on Dec. 29, Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on Telegram on Dec. 29.

"Kharkiv is under fire again,” he wrote.

"This time they aim at infrastructure in an industrial area of the city.”

Terekhov said damage and casualties of the strike are yet to be identified.

On the morning of Dec. 29, four impacts were recorded in Kharkiv – most likely with long range surface-to-air S-300 missiles.

Russia’s Dec. 29 mass missile strike damaged energy infrastructure in the cities of Kharkiv and Lviv, and in Odesa Oblast.

In Kyiv, residential houses were damaged by missile fragments, injuring two.
