Houses damaged in Russian attack on Kupyansk, Kharkiv Oblast

Russian troops shelled the city of Kupyansk on Jan. 16, injuring a 65-year-old woman, the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration (OVA), Oleh Synehubov, wrote on Telegram on Jan. 16.
As a result of the attack, a house and an apartment building were damaged, he said.
Emergency services are working at the scene.
Synehubov noted that during the past day, the Russian occupiers have fired artillery, mortars, and tank shells at border settlements in the Kupyansk, Chuhuyiv, and Kharkiv Districts in the oblast.
The settlements which have come under Russian fire include Vovchansk, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Dvorichna, Strelecha, and numerous others.
