Large-scale fire breaks out at Belarus MTZ tractor factory in St. Petersburg, two people dead

A large-scale fire broke out at the Belarus MTZ tractor plant in St. Petersburg on Jan.5, with video of the blaze being published on social media.
According to media reports, the area of the fire is about 400 square meters.
There were reportedly workers in the premises at the time of the fire. So far, two people have been confirmed to have died in the blaze.
The reasons for the incident are not yet known.
Russia has seen a rash of fires in recent weeks, many at large companies and shopping malls.
There has been speculation on social media that the fires are connected with sabotage or insurance fraud, but the Russian authorities usually say violations of fire safety regulations are to blame.
