Over 80 missiles were launched at Ukraine by Russian forces on Oct. 10 as of 11:40 a.m.
Ukraine’s air defenses neutralized about 45 of them, including X-101, X-555, Kalibr, Iskander, S-300 and Tornado-S, the Ukrainian Air Force reported in Telegram.
It is noted Russia launched missiles of different types from numerous directions, in particular the Black Sea and the Caspian Region.
High-precision land, air and sea-based cruise missiles were used:
X-101, X-555 were launched by missile-carrying strategic bombers Tu-95 and Tu-160 from the Caspian Region.
Cruise missiles Kalibr were launched from the Black Sea.
Land-based Iskander missiles were launched from various directions.
S-300 and Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher systems also were used.
Furthermore, air defense neutralized 9 out of 12 "Shahed-136" kamikaze drones.
