Russian forces attack Mykolaiv, killing one

Russian forces struck Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles on Oct. 18 overnight, killing one person, the governor of Mykolaiv Oblast, Vitaliy Kim, reported on Telegram.
One of the missiles hit a two-story building, destroying it. Rescue workers later found a body buried under the debris, he wrote.
He also published a video of a flower market destroyed due to the missile strike, and said that power had been restored as of 6:20 am - it had earlier been knocked out due to the attack.
