National Police of Ukraine to resume work in Irpin
Ukraine’s National Police service has begun resuming its work in the Kyiv suburb of Irpin, according to Ukrainian Channel 24 news, via Telegram messenger on March 24.
The news service reports that Ukrainian forces had begun clearing the territory of saboteurs, while the main task of law enforcement will be in assisting the evacuation of civilians from the city.
The National Police is also working with the Ukrainian military and helping local authorities to resume their work.
Russian invaders, at the same time, continue to shell Irpin.
On March 23, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are reported to have encircled the Kyiv suburbs of Irpin, Bucha, and Hostomel.
