Almost all Russia-occupied parts of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia Oblast are left without power or water supply, Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov said in a Telegram post on Nov. 14.

“Blackouts are reported in Enerhodar, Tokmak, Pology, Bilmak, and surrounding villages,” said Fedorov.

He added that parts of Melitopol District are also left without electricity, meaning that water supply in the area is also interrupted.

“However, there is good news –Russian propaganda TV channels are also out of commission,” the mayor concluded.
