Russian occupiers continue to intensify their search for Ukrainian resistance groups in occupied Crimea, with a surge in selective street checks, the National Resistance Center reported on April 25.
“In the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula, the enemy continues to intensify measures to identify members of the Ukrainian underground. Occupiers have conducted searches of apartments of those suspected of ‘disloyalty’, even without the presence of the owners,” the statement reads.
Selective street checks have also increased in Crimea, the NRC said.
Russian occupiers in Crimea earlier began installing surveillance cameras along the railway to combat guerrillas.
