Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhya Oblast hit with incendiary shells, deaths, injuries and multiple fires reported

Russian invasion forces attacked Orikhiv and the village of Preobrazhenka in Zaporizhzhya Oblast using rockets loaded with incendiary ammunition on the night of Oct. 26, killing two and injuring several others, Zaporizhzhya Governor Oleksandr Starukh wrote on Telegram.
As a result of the attacks, fires broke out in a high-rise building in the center or Orikhiv and private houses around. Six apartments were set on fire. The total area of the fire was more than 400 square meters.
Two people were killed in the Russian attack on the village of Preobrazhenka, and another person was injured.
The town of Orikhiv and surrounding villages are under attack almost every day, Starukh said. He said the invaders are systematically destroying the settlement with rocket and artillery attacks.
He also posted a video of the consequences of the night’s shelling.
