Finland has seized EUR 187 million ($203.4 million) in Russian assets since the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Finnish outlet Yle reported on Jan. 21.

The National Enforcement Authority of Finland is in charge of seized funds.

"It's real estate, autos, yachts, aircrafts,” Pia Sarivaara, head of sanctions at the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated.

A wide variety of valuable assets.”

Finland has not indicated whether the seized funds will be transferred to Ukraine as reparations for war damage, despite Ukrainian calls to do so.
