Portugal has committed to sending Ukraine three armored medical evacuation vehicles and two personnel carriers, the Ministry of Defense announced on Twitter on April 21 following the Ramstein format meeting.

"Portugal will send five armoured rescue and medical vehicles to Ukraine — three M113s and two M577s," the message reads.
