The Russian military used Iranian-made Shahed-136 loitering munitions to attack Ladyzhynska Thermal Power Plant (TPP) near Vinnytsia, regional governor Serhiy Borzov said in a Telegram post on Oct. 11.

According to Borzov, two Shahed-136 UAVs were involved in the attack, which has failed to disrupt the power plant’s operation.

The Kremlin launched another barrage of missile strikes at Ukraine on Oct. 11, targeting civilian infrastructure across Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Odesa oblasts. As a result, some areas affected are dealing with disruptions in power and water supply, as well as internet connectivity.
