Wagner PMC leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin, called the Ukrainian army one of the strongest in the world on May 23.
"They have a high level of organization, a high level of training, a high level of intelligence, they have different weapons," he told Russian propagandists.
“Moreover, they work on any system: Soviet, NATO, anything – equally well.”
Prigozhin again criticized the Russian troops, saying that they "dragged their feet across Ukraine in search of Nazis."
"They approached Kyiv, then, in Russian, they sh*t their pants and withdrew," he said.
"Then they came to Kherson, sh*t their pants, and left. Izyum, Krasny Lyman... And somehow everything is not working out for us."
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia's total losses since the beginning of the full-scale invasion have exceeded 204,000 soldiers.
