Record number of Russian soldiers killed in November, says Ukraine’s defense ministry

The Defense Forces of Ukraine killed a record number of Russian troops in November, the Ministry of Defense reported on Telegram on Dec. 1.
"A new record of our Defense Forces!” the message reads.
“In November, 16,970 rascist (Russian fascist) soldiers were killed. This is the largest number for the entire period of the war.”
The Defense Ministry also noted that Russia’s losses in military equipment for the month are:
- tanks: 217
- armored combat vehicles: 376
- artillery systems: 174
- multiple launch rocket systems: 12
- air defense systems: 13
- warplanes: 4
- helicopters: 4
- UAVs: 147
- cruise missiles: 134
- military vehicles and fuel tankers: 298
- special equipment: 9
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, 89,440 Russian soldiers have been killed since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24.
