Russia again shells center of city of Kherson, three injured, one seriously

The Russian invading forces have once again shelled the center of the city of Kherson, wounding three people with shrapnel, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, said on Dec. 18.
A local journalist Kostiantyn Ryzhenko posted pictures of the attack's aftermath.
Tymoshenko wrote that one of the injured persons is in a serious condition.
"All of them were provided with medical aid," he wrote on Telegram.
Rescuers have arrived at the spot, Tymoshenko added.
Since retreating from the city of Kherson and the part of the oblast to the west of the River Dnipro on Nov. 11, Russian troops have regularly shelled the city. On Dec. 17 one person died as a result of a Russian artillery attack.
