The Russian village of Solokhi, 11 km from the Ukrainian border, has reportedly come under fire, claimed Belgorod Oblast governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on Telegram messenger on May 11.

Gladkov accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine of carrying out the attack, and said that one person had been dead and six wounded.

He added that the village would be evacuated. Local social media groups also published photographs allegedly showing the results of the presumed attack.
