Russia carries out two missile strikes at targets in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Two Russian missiles have struck targets in Velykomikhailivka, Dnipropertrovsk Oblast, regional defense official Mykola Lukashuk said in a Facebook post on April 5.

The missiles were carrying cluster munitions. A local woman died after picking up a cluster bomblet, he said.

Lukashuk urged civilians not to touch suspicious objects, and said they should instead be reported to the emergency services.

According to Lukashuk, there are no Russian troops in the oblast.

Also on April 5, anti-air defenses shot down two Russian missiles over Dnipropertovsk Oblast.
