Russian invaders shelled the city of Zaporizhzhya, striking critical infrastructure facilities, the governor of Zaporizhzhya Oblast, Oleksandr Starukh, wrote on Telegram on Oct. 29.

“As of now, the effects of the terrorist attack are being calculated,” the governor reported.

“Please stay in shelters, future attacks may be expected."

Russian forces regularly attack Zaporizhzhya and lately have been targeting critical infrastructure all across the country. All of Zaporizhzhya’s power infrastructure was cut off due to shelling on Oct. 27.
